Took my car in for 2 hour job took them all day to do it
Took my car in for 2 hour job took them all day to do it didn't notify me when it was done tried calling them they wouldn't answer the phone finally around 5:00 or 4:30 found out the car was done went to pick it up it was in a dirt lot with all the windows down Dusty inside they didn't care

The sales and financing teams are great to work with, and they have made major improvements with the service team. My first experience with the service department was just okay, but this second time around I got paired up with Gilbert and he was fantastic. Definitely an above and beyond kinda guy. The only thing I wish this dealership had are “loaner” vehicles for when your vehicle is undergoing routine maintenance, rather than needing to outsource from a rental company.

I was extremely disappointed that I was not told there
I was extremely disappointed that I was not told there would be a 2 hundred dollar diagnosis fee. I received a call from parts that my part was in and need to make an appointment to repair. My car was in and supposedly already repaired. Was it??? I call and left a message with the service writer to ask about it. Never received a call back. Not sure I’ll be back or recommend. I’ll go to a local independent shop. Charlie’s Foreign Car has never charged me for diagnosis.
