I serviced my Fiat 500 with them. The service was great. They took care of all paperwork and warranty and even washed my car. All details explained about the process and updates on the status. And they fixed it within a few hours. The only downside is that I needed to go there to speak with them. I could not schedule an appointment for Fiat (for other brands, it is possible).

Dropped my jeep off at 9 kept calling them around 1 nobody would answer a phone. Any phone I tried every extension and not 1 phone answered they never called to tell me it was finished I just showed up at 4 and it was sitting there done. Terrible customer service.

Juan gonzales was very professional in handling the recall. Also very good about calling me about the progress of the repair since I brought it in on a Labor dsy weekend.. Only thing I did not like was no loner was available because of the holiday. He did a great job explaining to me what the recall replaced.

We purchased a used vehicle for our daughter. We got a great car at a fair price. Everyone that we encountered was courteous and professional. After seeing the car that we wanted on the internet, we went in for a test drive and left with the car within a couple of hours. Our salesman called the next day to make sure that we were happy with the car. Everyone there works as a team and seem happy to be there. Our entire experience was positive.
