Sounds like a steal, right? WRONG. This place is a masterclass in sleazy, used-car-salesman shenanigans that’d make a cartoon villain blush. Picture this: I roll up, exhausted from the trek, dreams of cruising home in my new ride dancing in my head. The car’s there, gleaming like a siren’s lure, with that sweet $21,718 price tag plastered all over their website. But the second I step foot in their den of deceit, the Excel Auto Lounge vultures swoop in with a grin that screams, “Gotcha!” They hit me with a new price: $27,897—PLUS tax, title, registration, and probably a fee for breathing their air. That’s a *six-grand* price hike, folks! No warning, no explanation, just a smug shrug and a “take it or leave it.” This isn’t a dealership; it’s a bait-and-switch carnival run by slick-talking con artists who’d sell their own hubcaps for a quick buck. Excel Auto Lounge gives used car salesmen a bad name—heck, they make *snake oil salesmen* look like saints! They lured me across state lines, wasted my day, and tried to fleece me for thousands more than advertised. Trust them? I wouldn’t trust them to park my car, let alone sell me one. Save your gas, your time, and your sanity—steer clear of this shady lot!

They helped me with all the documents, and I left the salon in my own car, as planned. The whole process went quickly and without any problems. I would like to note the politeness of the staff and good service. I am completely satisfied with the car and the service!

Excel auto is one of the best dealerships ive ever dealt with and im coming from brooklyn and got a really great deal on a van . Highly recommend 10/10 service from Jeremy and David . THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DELT WITH! Buyers BEWARE! It took a total open business time of 11 hours to get a salesperson to get on the phone, that is after being transferred around and around to nowhere and getting wrong information on any question I had any time I was able to speak to someone. I read multiple reviews about “David” who is the “sales manager” about how great he was and a pleasure to deal with. When I finally got him on the phone, I was very relieved… feeling like I would finally be able to get somewhere and make a purchase on a specific vehicle I was looking for that they had. These reviews couldn’t be more inaccurate, he was very rude on the phone and didn’t have any care to any of the issues I had encountered while trying to reach him or any other sales person. And ultimately told me that the dealership doesn’t do business out of state, which looking at the recent reviews on google and also every person I talked to while trying to reach him did not say anything about that. I was told by 3 different people that they had to transfer me to someone specific to handle an out of state purchase. It’s all lies and I would say worse than your typical shnyzer used car lot. If you are reading this far, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I wouldn’t even trust these people with my personal information let alone buying a vehicle from them.

Excel Auto lounge, i give a rating of 0. i do not recommend this dealership to any customer. i purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in August 2024. since August the vehicle has been in & out of the repair service at the dealership. i paid them 1400 dollars to repair the truck, while i was returning home, the truck broke down. i have made several attempts in contacting the dealership since february no answer. they still have the vehicle,& refuse to update me on the necessary repairs or the return. sold a lemon, that i now have car payment on.

Excellent choice of cars, all in perfect condition. The paperwork was quick and hassle-free. I like that the consultants are very competent in their field, otherwise it is very difficult to remember so much information)) Well done!
