We looked at several models of cars, the choice in the showroom was decent, and there was also something to choose from on the website. We settled on the Mercedes-Benz GL-class and never regretted that we bought it in this showroom. Everything went quickly, I don't like waiting.

Now I am the owner of a wonderful car and I sincerely thank the team for their exceptional work. The consultations were informative, the test drive was organized instantly. The paperwork went smoothly. Buying at Excel Auto Lounge was a pleasant experience.

I worked with Aron, flew in from Atlanta Georgia , he sold me a Chevrolet suburban that I have had nothing but problems with since I purchased and no resolution offered by this poor service dealership. One tire pressure light on before I leave they lie and say they just serviced it and it will go off, they did not service the vehicle at all less then 1k left in miles vehicle needed a oil change needed brakes, needed for the a/c to be charged notified the dealership in less the 2 weeks after purchase no assistance at all, they took over 60 days to get my tags to me offering no solution for the expired 30 day tags, blamed the dmv and myself. Less then 60 days from purchase I am having transmission leaks and trouble no response from sales person Aron as well I am getting sent around to voicemails when I call the dealership. They sold me a warranty that is registered to a different person. Overall complete poor quality dealerships customer service, sells problem vehicles with no solution or help after purchase. I would recommend staying away and purchasing your vehicle elsewhere
