The staff is polite, they are completely dedicated to their work, that is, I just walk out the door, and a consultant runs up to me and starts doing his job. Overall, I liked it! The design took a few hours, in fact, it's not that much, if you think about it. I recommend this salon.

I drove an SUV from this car dealership. It's called Acura MDX. I noticed the car on the advice of the manager. He described the model well, offered to test drive it, I agreed. I'm happy with the purchase, I didn't make a mistake with the car dealership - smart guys.

Warning: This is long.

Warning: This is long. TLDR: Don’t shop here. Hidden costs and deceptive practices abound. Despite high hopes to the contrary, this is a typical scammy off-the-highway New Jersey car dealership, but probably even more so than others I’ve encountered - and I’ve been buying cars for myself and my family for 40 years. After a pleasant interaction over text with Lucas and an appointment made (no hidden costs, everything is negotiable, etc etc) I arrived at the dealership at my appointment time and of course Lucas is nowhere to be found, but Aron took over. I had come to see a 2019 Tesla model 3 long range listed at $15K which is a good price bordering on great. We took a brief test drive (Aron knew nothing about Teslas) and when we came back I told him I liked the car but was concerned about the condition of the tires - he immediately became defensive, but didn’t stop from pitching all the great benefits that came with buying from the dealership. I should have walked out when he mentioned VIN etching. I came prepared, had an insurance quote for this specific car and my insurance person standing by to issue the binder, and pre-approvals for financing from banks they work with, so when I told them a very specific price that I wanted to pay, Aron immediately - without doing any math - became aggravated that I was cutting too deep into their profits, but I explained my reasoning, I had already calculated tax, title, registration, a reasonable ($500) documentation fee and with their asking price and the pre-approval rate I new exactly how much the monthly payment should be. Now the disclosures are happening. Their first offer was for $58 higher per month and a 1-year longer loan. When I started digging in, I see $2874 for TT&L (should not have been more than $1500 for NJ, that currently has half the sales tax for EV), an exorbitant $900 doc fee, and $2645 for all the extras (VIN etching, lol, and oil changes!!) that came “included with the purchase”. Now I’m doing math in my head and figure that this is $4400 higher than what a reasonable dealership would charge. Not to prolong this already long review but things just went downhill from there, to the point that Aron’s manager Mike flat out insulted me and I left immediately afterwards. Lesson learned, my cost: 2.5 hours of driving, 4 wasted hours, and a soft credit pull. If you’re thinking that reasonable dealerships don’t exist, just keep looking. I got a much better deal on a very similar car the very next day.
