This was my first experience of buying a car, and I was nervous. But the employees of the salon gave me confidence. I bought an inexpensive car, since the budget was small, I was completely satisfied. Thanks to the manager for help, without him I would have spent a long time choosing.

Here's my overall experience: Large dirt parking lot with

Here's my overall experience: Large dirt parking lot with about 150 cars behind the building. Relatively well laid out and easy to figure out. Cars were crammed close together. Sales people were all friendly. The lobby area was clean. Cars sold in as-is condition and the sticker price on every car was about 5k more (they claimed it was the "cash price"). Cars are priced to move, but the place felt pretty sketchy and definitely didn't operate like most dealerships I've been to. Never got any paperwork or anything when they were going over numbers. Ended up waiting around for several hours, each time I got up to leave I was told they were checking on things. Ultimately, couldn't agree upon details. All in all, it seemed like a typical used car dealer. Biggest criticism, by far, was a negative interaction with a sales mgr who tried to save the sale as I ready to walk. I was pretty put off by his smugness and definitely left with a sour taste from that. He became so smug and irritating that the interaction got pretty adversarial.

The guys work honestly, do not impose unnecessary

The guys work honestly, do not impose unnecessary services, but really help to choose the ideal option. Professionalism is felt in everything! Now I know where to go next time and I recommend only Excel Auto Lounge to everyone. Really, there is nothing to complain about.

The managers know their business very well, are polite

The managers know their business very well, are polite and friendly. They helped me choose a car that suits me perfectly. Buying a car at Excel Auto Lounge was easy and pleasant.

Thanks to the managers for their patience and attentive attitude to every detail. In fact, I did not believe that such a cool car (Toyota Corolla Hatchback) can be bought for such a ridiculous price. The deal is just super!
