Went to look at a car that was priced at $7,987. I went with my dad and drove it, we were ready to talk about the price and suddenly the final sale was $14,000. They added a protection plan that they supposedly sold with every vehicle they sell, which added an extra $4000. I was looking to pay cash, and because of that they said they had to add a bank reimbursement fee, which was another $3,000. Talking about the price further, they were charging $1,500 destination fee (?) which they claimed all dealers have (they don't), and its transportation to the dealership from where the car comes from. That is usually covered by the maker of the car, so not really sure why they're charging that. Was extremely disappointed with all these hidden fees. I was looking for cars today, and they have actually lowered the listing price to about $7,300. A bunch of scammers :)

Nice people, but expect a run around.
Nice people, but expect a run around. I went in to look at one car in particular, was pre-approved for financing for that car at $247 a month. Only one I was interested in, with a $16,000 list price. I drove it, I liked it, but it had a few small damages that needed to be fixed (the key was bent and there was a crack in the rear hatch I later noticed was photoshopped very obviously out of the listing photos if you knew what to look for). They offered to fix the two problems…and then told me my payments would be between $600 and $700 a month! I should have walked then but I kept trying because they offered to “save me thousands” off the asking price. Showed them the pre-approval, which they shrugged off with “that’s only an estimate” and asked about costs when getting my own financing - they tacked on $7000 to the price if I did that. That’s when I tried to be polite and said I needed to think about it. The pressure continued until my husband stepped in and said we were leaving. Don’t suggest. If the price looks too good to be true, it’s because they’re lying about the price. I bought a better car through CarMax for a lower price with a warranty instead. Avoid this place.

Really 0 stars....they will promise you the world, distract you during the sales process, and add tons of hidden charges. If you don't like being ripped off, don't even step foot in this joint.

Totally unimpressed.
Totally unimpressed. Asked simple questions and for some additional pictures of vehicles undercarriage due to its original life in Canada and Wisconsin. Dealer promised to send pics for over a week. Kept following up but dealer kept giving the run around. Refuse to drive a few hours for a vehicle the dealer can’t even send additional pictures and angles of. Shady. Clearly they didn’t want to show the underside. Worked out because I found a better deal, closer. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Know what you want? Know before you buy, Know your purchase value? Great don’t run to just any dealership RUN to Excel Auto Lounge! Any of the representative are highly qualified supported by management that cares not just to sell you but to get you in the right car, remember this it’s up to you too it’s a partnership! They are a liaison and advocate between you and the lender, and they fight for you to get in the right financial position! That’s what you want! Now the quality of cars … it’s a great range – a one stop shop. Everyone wants the Mercedes, if that doesn’t work out Audis are available, Nissans Toyotas if you don’t see it ask for it. Don’t rush it’s not a sprint out it’s a day out. Take your time you're investing in a vehicle why rush the deal? Location is very clean and accessible. I came from Southampton, Long Island, NY, and they met every expectation to put at ease get comfortable and let them do the job they are great at doing. Negative responses IMO is not at the fault of the salesperson people need to look at themselves before pointing fingers. Remember you have rights and options they let you know what it is. Take the time, find what you like and always have a backup. I delt with Nick he was fantastic! He’ll be around for a long, long time, great communications, works hand in hand with management, and provides options. Feel free to reach out to me for further thoughts but I believe I said it all ! The worst dealership ever they took a loan out in my name, didn’t cancel loan when the lemon 🍋 car got returned. They are complete scammers, took my card information, took my money out of my account without consent, Malik takes pictures of your debit card be aware if money randomly comes out of your bank accounts. The car that I returned they put the car back on their website without fixing it and you could hurt yourself badly in that vehicle

Let me start by saying the people are nice.
Let me start by saying the people are nice. But that is all that I can say positive about this establishment. BUYER BEWARE!!! They advertise a price online then when you get there they told me that is the price with the rebate for financing. Then when I elected to go the financing route for a car to get $14.5k price. I put down 14k. Then they came back and said I own $759/mo for 60months. WHAT! What kind of math is that? I asked for a itemized. They added $6700 for a warranty 899 doc fee, 250 for registration and 4500 for something else. I told them absolutely not. Ultimately, they would not sell the vehicle without adding the unneeded warranty and I left. Such a WASTE of time! Spent nearly 3hours going back on forth with the sales manager waiting on different things. Oh and my credit score is over 760 and they still said my interest rate was over 13%. My advice to everyone is to steer clear from this place. The price is NEVER what you will see advertised. Bait and switch dishonest waste of time. This place should be reported to the better business bureau each time they use this scam sales tactic. They were doing the same the to another gentleman behind me while I was waiting and he became upset as well. Again BUYER BEWARE!!!
