I went in on 1/25/2025 to look at a 2018 Subaru WRX STi
I went in on 1/25/2025 to look at a 2018 Subaru WRX STi which looked great on their website, and was listed as $23,990. I drove an hour and a half from NYC and sat down with Rashon, who is the type of salesperson to butter you up and make you feel like you're buddies, but as soon as there's an issue, will make you feel like you're the one who is wrong. They pulled the car around for a test drive and it was running while I went out to look at it. Opened the trunk, the whole trunk was stripped, no cover, no upholstery, and he said "we'll get you a cover, don't worry". Did the test drive and I notice the car is very loud, but fine, maybe with a tuner car, that's what you get After a frustrating financing experience where now after $8000 down, I somehow owe $30,000 on the $24,000 car, I drove off the lot and the check engine light is now on.... So I turned back around and went to Rashon (now with another customer) and said that and he jumps out of his seat and says "Yo why would you say that in front of my customer?! Why would you try to sabotage me like that?!" as if I wasn't just his customer who bought an expensive car from him 5 minutes ago. Turns out the car didn't have any catalytic converters, but nobody was going to disclose that to me. The car won't pass inspection without this. But they must have cleared the error codes for the test drive and the check engine light was off, but comes back on when the car is turned off and then back on again. That is extremely shady of a practice. All of these issues should have been fixed before they could even put it on their website for sale. Then they fixed the cat, and I drove home and check engine light came on again because of a secondary air pump valve which I had to have fixed. So I left this as a Google review and got this response: "Hi Adam. we are far from a scam, and we do honor the 30 days return policy, we sell all our cars with 30 days return policy to avoid any future problems with our clients. a '' scam place of business'' won't take their product back and won't even fix it for the customer." I called about this and they told me that there is fine print in the contract that says that is only for repairs they deem too expensive to fix or can't fix, though I was looking at my contract and it's not in there. Ryan, the GM, said to me "I don't have the long contract in front of me". So I told him to get it. I'll wait. He said he would email it to me, and the rest of the day, no email, and I called about 5 times to no answer. With this dealership takes me 2-3 phone calls before I can even speak to anyone there, and when they say they'll have someone call me back, nobody does. This dealership is a scam and I wish I knew this before sitting down with them. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Bought a car from them a week ago, went home from Delaware 2 hours away. Car has no heat and in a sleet and ice storm that was important. Have called them back for a week and can't get Jesse to call me back. Oil change is due, so they did not run it thru there shop. Antifreeze level and windshield washer, plus brake fluid was low. But most of all, why is no one calling me back. NOT PROFESIONAL AT ALL!!!!

The dealer is a total scam. I went in to pay for a 13 thousand dollar car and the hidden fees shot the price up more than 20 thousand. Beware of the finance department.

Buyer be ware!!!! These guys are totally dishonest. I went in today to buy a vehicle that was listed for $9500. After driving the car with John who was a nice guy, one of the younger manager/negotiators came by to make the deal. I asked for a bill of sale with all the numbers in there. He said that they can run everything through my bank for me. I am not a novice and have purchased over 50 cars in my lifetime and know a scam as soon as they start. He said that after putting down a $3500 down payment, my monthly payments for the next 36 months would be $395. This puts the total payment for a $7000 loan at $14000. When I confronted him with my calculations, he started to bable and said there are taxes and other fees. I said what fees, and he said the wash the car and have good service after the sale. Apparently they add a minimum of $3500 to each car right off the bat for xx like paint protection, etc. It is done and you do not have a choice to accept it or not. It is really unfortunate that these kinds of dealers ruin the reputation of all the used car dealers. If you are considering buying a car from them, dont!! or be prepared to pay double what is advertised. This dealer is not for smart shoppers. It is for those who dont ask question and only want a fixed monthly payment and are willing to pay through the nose. The perfect definition of scam!!!!!!

Bait and Switch tactics and won’t title or register if
Bait and Switch tactics and won’t title or register if out of state despite charging 3x the amount a normal dealer would for that mandatory service. They sell cars that cannot possibly pass safety inspections as I soon found out.
