The dealership failed to disclose major repairs necessary

The dealership failed to disclose major repairs necessary and discovered by a major GMC service center where I lived. I have tried to finance these repairs througfh the dealer in order to properly pass inspection and a proper Pennsylvania registration. The dealership has put a block upon my phone calls despite this simple additional cost to an all-cash purchase on June 27th.

The total scammers.

The total scammers. The advertised price is half of what they end up asking in bogus fees. I called before I arrived about their fees and terms. The fees they quoted for the vehicle seemed standard and reasonable. I arrived and spent hours waiting while the salesman was “negotiating on my behalf” for the best price and best financing. The final breakdown included thousands of dollars for fees that no other dealership charges, such as “destination fee,” “existing additional upgrades”, and “processing fees”. They advertised a car for 16.5k and gave me the final cost of 29.9K. A total waste of time. They most likely specialize on people who have a hard time getting credit approval so when they are approved they are willing to draw a credit that far exceeds the actual car value. Stay away from them.

Was approved and ready to buy, then all the nonsense

Was approved and ready to buy, then all the nonsense started. Add on fees, 3k+ in "ceramic interior coating"?? What the xxxx is that?? Then when I call out the salesman he tells me I'm wasting his time and GTFOH??? Wow, great way to make a sale. To be fair I replied in a pretty harsh and foul way that I am sorry for. But was really taken back by a salesperson to tell someone to get the F*** out.....

Salesperson was very pleasant to work with however when it came down to financing, our price for the vehicle doubled in price. They were so slick to just gloss over everything that you dont know until it is too later. DO NOT COME HERE!

Buyer beware! You will overpay and get plenty of lip service. Typical used car tactics.

Run from this predatory dealership.

Run from this predatory dealership. I seriously wish I would have read the reviews before driving 3hrs up for a truck. I gave my credit card number to someone over the phone who said they would allow me to place a deposit on the truck; we get there after making and appt and someone else had the keys and was showing it to another customer. The Vehicle was listed for $15,495. After the test drive, the salesman tacked on ALL OF THESE HIDDEN FEES and forces packages onto us because “they already added it to the truck”— treatments we didn’t want or need. Also, the price shown online is only if you finance; we were paying cash so they added an additional $4k. The final price we were given was $28,893! And during the test drive the truck had gear change problems! Literally anywhere else is better than here. When we complained about the false advertising David the salesman said “that’s how we get you in the door.” Avoid this rip-off dealership. The price you see will double!

Arrived and sat down with my salesperson and was told

Arrived and sat down with my salesperson and was told 5700 down payment and $700 car payments for 66 months were normal for a 12,000 car. A 12,000 car with 5,000 in fake fees. Salesperson was extremely disrespectful and after he could not get his scam on me he brought in the manager. He insulted my intelligence each time I said anything remotely sensible. Was told by the manager that he can tell I’ve never read a full contract just by looking at me. Manager also walked away muttering under his breath along with the salesperson. He is a narcissist and a scammer avoid at all cost. I Walked outside to get some information from my bank where I was told by someone leaving that I should just take my business elsewhere and that the people inside were evil scammers. As I left out the manager told me he’d give me the deal without the excessive fees. From him saying that I knew he wasted my time for 3 hours trying to scam me instead of giving me he price I asked for initially. Was also told that my vehicle was there for only 1 day as it was damaged and extremely dirty inside. The listing for the vehicle had been posted for the past 2 months. Which leads up to the realization that these cars sit in the lot and rot until they can get some sucker to sign for double the cars value. They only service vehicles when they are sold, how could you trust them to properly service your vehicle when they lie before you even get inside? You can’t. Manager muttered under his breath “I guess some people don’t know math.” I confronted him and his partner who were laughing and told them I wasn’t disrespecting them why are they disrespecting me? The manager nodded me off and said have a good day dismissing me. If you have half a brain cell, AVOID THIS PLACE.
