Had a problem occur stopped by and within an hour or so drove away with 2 new batteries, able to resume trip. David and his service team were great.

Amazing Service experience.

Amazing Service experience. Got in for factory recall service. Communication and updates were provided periodically. Spiro went above and beyond with caring for my car. Offered straightforward recommendations. Not in a pushy manner. I will definitely go back.

The dealership had my 2023 Ford Ranger pick up at my

The dealership had my 2023 Ford Ranger pick up at my house and took it to the dealership to replace the right side mirror which is under warranty. The new mirror was installed and my truck was driven back to my house.

I had an outstanding experience.

I had an outstanding experience. My sales rep was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to get to know what I was looking for. I can't say enough good things about the staff. The overall culture with everyone I interacted with was helpful and they all went out of their way to make you feel like a customer and a friend. A local dealer that makes you feel like family makes all the difference. Having confidence in the dealer makes the buying decision easy. I have been waiting for over 20 years to replace my 1966 Bronco. Now that Ford started making them again I have been looking forward to getting one. I am so glad I got the Heritage Bronco. They made the deal work and I love driving the new Bronco. My previous purchases were at large dealers in Orlando, its always stressful and you feel like a number. Cocoa Ford has the hometown atmosphere no stress and made a deal that I could not turn down. Ford needs more dealers like this.
