My sales person, Nick , and the finance person, Jeff, couldn’t have been more accommodating and thorough. My family and I have chosen to be repeat customers of Nick Visingardi because his sales approach is not high pressure but rather his attention to the details we outlined about our vehicle needs. Jeff, even though he was having issues with computer program from Ford corporate, he was considerate of my time and expedited the closing process so as not to keep me waiting an unreasonable length of time! I continue to be a loyal Ford customer!

Had rodent damage to multiple components of my truck.. took it to Cochran Ford because they were the only ones I trusted to do the job right. Had it back to me within the week and everything is repaired and working as it should be. Really appreciate Josh’s help in particular.. put up with me wanting to inspect the repairs and helped me as needed so that I felt comfortable that everything had been taken care of.
