I’d give zero stars if I could. My pregnant wife has a 09 Escalade they didn’t want to buy from her but did want to do work for 3k. A day later sensor came back on and cracks just appeared on our tire. Well they went to weld it and broke the tire and couldn’t even get tire back on. Director Jose Rodriguez had a 3 min conversation before telling me car was junk and calling cops to kick me off property, funny thing is he still never even gave me keys when officers told me to leave. He refused to give any information and said talk to my lawyers. I did some digging and found president and ceo Frank Laskaris who was a joy as well and after 3 minutes before he hung up he said get my car off his property before it’s towed. I go to pick my truck up and a cops there again because they lied about threats to keep me off the property. Terrible business by selfish greedy leaders my wife has been going there for 15 years and I’m happy she can finally see how they’ve been ripping her off. Both made it seem like I was trying to screw them over and was broke when we needed a car they never even tried selling us a car all this time so bought a Denali the same day and will never be involved with anything Cadillac ever again due to the xxxx in Naperville Illinois. Go report this to cops too boys. It’s men like these that destroy business because of their greed and arrogance

Made buying a car a breeze
I saw the vehicle online and followed up to see if the truck was still available. They got right back to me and went to see it the next day. Sorry to hear about your experience at our store, but we have a very different perspective about your visit to our store and the value we as a dealership bring to the many individuals who purchase from us day in and day out. Now, let's talk about the facts concerning the deal you are claiming is overpriced and further discuss your trade we are "trying to steal." Firstly, the car you are trying to purchase has these facts surrounding its intrinsic valuable measure. The vehicle you were inquiring about is in short supply nationally. There are only 28 such examples that are Cadillac Certified and have an All-Wheel Drive drivetrain. But regardless of its short supply, we priced this newly acquired copy under market value at $39995.00 It has many desirable features such as navigation, heated front and rear seats, along with ventilated seats as well. Only 23,000 miles on this 172-point inspection vehicle, which had a former MSRP of $60305.00. Anyone reading this would simply think this... why is this deal overpriced? Well, it is not, and to further back this statement with more cadence. We add NaperCare for free, at no cost and that adds valuable and thoughtful services and guarantees such as, Tire and Wheel Protection, Dent and Ding Protection, Windshield Chip Repair, Key Replacement, again all for free and the best part of this deal has yet to be discussed within this text. The best part of buying a used car or truck from Cadillac of Naperville is this... what you see is what you pay! No forced fees, charges or services added to our advertised price, it's not difficult to purchase from our dealership, and not remotely close to justifying a statement as "overpriced." In terms of your trade, you claim a trade allowance of almost MSRP for your 8500 mile 2023 Hyundai? That doesn't seem like something that would constitute a good deal to anyone trying to buy your vehicle afterwards, now does it? So, my advice, if you indeed got that kind of money from a number of stores. Why wouldn't you simply sell it to that respective dealer? We would be more than OK if you pulled your trade out of the deal and still purchased our car, and that should tell you another final fact... we are not trying to steal your trade and move money around like most other dealerships. Well, fact being that my car MSRP was $53,500 6 months ago, and your offer was $40,000, yes..I think you are trying to steal it. Other fact being that KBB says a 2020 XT6 Sport is a good buy at $35,000 and a Premium Luxury is worth about $33,000. Like the 2020 XT6 Sport you were asking $52,000 for or the white one on your showroom floor that has been wrecked and you are asking $45,000 for.. I'd say overpriced. I had a deal and showed you the paperwork from the deal and declined the vehicle because it was wrecked. I got $47,000 for my car and paid $38,000 for it. Just because you are not going to profit $20,000 doesn't give you the right to try to make me out as crazy. I would have been happy to drive that car out of there but you got greedy, so I will go elsewhere. But thank you for trying to explain your way out of a bad review.
I had a deal on paper for a vehicle I had actually purchased... how is that without merit? Thank you for responding but I am not as foolish as you believe, I actually researched it and have facts to back up my optimistic claims. I will agree to disagree and move on. There are plenty of these out there..
