Great team to work with

Mark and Les were extremely helpful during the whole car buying process. I hadn’t purchased a new car in awhile and they made it easy. Also have to say Noel got us through the paperwork quick and easy.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealer

I have never been so insulted at a car dealer. I went in with planning on buying a vehicle, walked out after having my intelligence insulted. The salesman kept asking what he could do to make a deal, but the only way a deal would get done is if I paid the asking price and took 20% less than the. Alum of my trade. Even tried to ask form something simple, to fix a speaker grill in the passenger door that had a hole in it, was told that I should buy one on eBay and fix it myself. We were a couple thousand apart on the trade and I was told that because I get a tax break because it’s a trade that I should take the offer and be happy. I didn’t ask for top dollar on my trade, and then on the deal sheet I see a $750 chargeback to me for reconditioning my vehicle for sale. So the low offer doesn’t even cover dealer cost to prep for sale, that gets charged back to the customer. I really wanted to make a deal and work with the dealership, but a persycan only be treated like a fool so many times…. I’m sure they are great as long as you don’t mind being taken advantage of and treated like you are too dumb to understand a spreadsheet.

Scott, Sorry to hear about your experience with our store. You mentioned so many different negative variables in your review and as you might expect I’m obligated to explain exactly what went down from our perspective. The clientele we are accustomed to working with are highly educated and extremely sharp, so we run a car dealership where we value people’s time and give them exactly what they deserve… upfront, honest and transparent pricing with a no non-sense approach. The price you see is the price you will always get, plus tax, plate and dealer doc fees. And unlike our competitors, there are no hidden fees here! You mentioned there was a hole in the speaker grille, it’s about the size of a dime and as you know from speaking with my colleague that replacing such an inexpensive item was not going to be a problem... as a matter of fact, we even managed to bridge that “couple of thousands” that was in our way of making a deal with you and we still have no deal with you. The reason why your visit was described as terrible comes from predominantly one factor, the value of your trade. It’s not uncommon to disagree on trade value with potential customers, but to disagree on who and how a safety recall can be remedied is something that cannot be negotiated. Your trade has safety recall deemed remedy not yet available by General Motors and The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Your recall has an airbag inflator that may rupture and may cause metal fragments to pass through the airbag and into the vehicle interior, which may result in injury or even death to vehicle occupants. Recall #N232404980 for obvious reasons will prohibit us from keeping your trade for retail and that’s why your trade is valued accordingly, not because we are in the business of insulting people or creating bad experiences, but because we will have no other option but to wholesale your 2015 Acadia. Hope this gives you a different perspective of us and our store and helps us get closer to making a deal with you! THE BEST DEALER SHIP I have been buying cars for 15 years. It has always been a pain to go and talk numbers and cars Jon Blake has made this process easy, no messing around, just honesty and a fair price. I will continue to work with Jon, this is my third vehicle from him in 3 years and i will continue to purchase Cadillacs because I enjoy working with him that much!

Nice selection better staff

Great service

I had such a good experience car shopping at this dealership. I hate car shopping and I am always skeptical of salesmen but Mark H changed my view on them. He made it enjoyable and was very personable.
