BEWARE my daughter's car was brought into the dealership...
BEWARE my daughter's car was brought into the dealership after being towed and was pulling to the left. After inspecting the vehicle the service manager Vic contacted me to tell me there was almost $4,000 worth of damage underneath the vehicle including rack and pinion both upper outer tie rods that needed to be replaced. Brought it back to the towing company that towed me which is local in the neighborhood I live in and he was a man of his words and replaced the left upper outer tie rod. Nothing else was needed again Beware of the service department.

Too expensive for the service oil change place is half of the price Sixty dollars for wiper blades come on man No wash what gives

Best Service Ever
My second car purchased here, third one serviced here.The guys are always very nice, and since I’m alone and don’t know a lot about these things, they’re very willing to explain things to me and show me what I need to know. There was a little mix up, no biggie, but Vic was very nice about it, and kept me informed about what was going on.

What a nightmare! not what you expect when buying a Cadillac. This was my second vehicle from this dealership. There will not be another one. The paperwork was completely wrong. Total lack of caring. I noticed so discrepancies when finalizing the payment. They had me trading in a car that was not mine. The finance blamed the salesman. When I got home I noticed the registration was not in my name or for the car I bought. Then I checked over half the paperwork was wrong. The salesman came out to my house with new paperwork only to find some of the paper work was still wrong. This was after management and the salesman assured me it had been verified and they were great with details. The second time the salesman came out my name was not right. I told him just mail me the paperwork since it was 2 days before Christmas at this point. 8 days later I still had not received the paperwork. So I called the General Manager who again assured me everything would be fixed. Well mind you I am still getting emails for service for other peoples Cadillac. If you want to feel like you bought a used Yugo on Western Avenue from a shady used car lot, this is the place.
