What a nightmare! not what you expect when buying a Cadillac. This was my second vehicle from this dealership. There will not be another one. The paperwork was completely wrong. Total lack of caring. I noticed so discrepancies when finalizing the payment. They had me trading in a car that was not mine. The finance blamed the salesman. When I got home I noticed the registration was not in my name or for the car I bought. Then I checked over half the paperwork was wrong. The salesman came out to my house with new paperwork only to find some of the paper work was still wrong. This was after management and the salesman assured me it had been verified and they were great with details. The second time the salesman came out my name was not right. I told him just mail me the paperwork since it was 2 days before Christmas at this point. 8 days later I still had not received the paperwork. So I called the General Manager who again assured me everything would be fixed. Well mind you I am still getting emails for service for other peoples Cadillac. If you want to feel like you bought a used Yugo on Western Avenue from a shady used car lot, this is the place.

I was treated like a valued customer even though I bought my Cadilac used I drive an hour away for oil changes just because of the Fantastic way I am treated there. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. And the service is always top notch.

Cadillac of Naperville took care of all my needs and was able to have all repairs covered before Christmas. They're the best. Jose Trujillo did all he could as my Service contact, and kept in constant contact.

Where do I begin. I am at Cadillac regularly and I was recently there for service and they did NOT have any fresh bananas that I was counting on! Nor... marshmallows! They had hot chocolate (not the kind I like) but who drinks it without the mallows!
