Bought cars on back to back days from them. At first...

Bought cars on back to back days from them. At first customer service was great, 2 cars on back to back days near a month end. But I had an issue with the second car and tried to rectify it on 10/30. But my salesman didn't want to be bothered before month end to discuss. They mad a minimal attempt to rectify the situation but they didn't follow through. I will live with my decision but I will never service either vehicle with them. Why should I trust them if they won't attempt to rectify a problem from a customer who just bought 2 cars from them? Very disappointed in the whole situation. At the end of the day they lost a lifelong customer.

Terrible Customer Relations

I was uncomfortable waiting for my vehicle. No social distancing, employees walking around the dealership without masks additionally, car wash was very poor. Probably won’t return until COVID safety procedures improve

Great service The process was quick, the staff of very knowledgeable and helpful. The service manager was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend it to anyone that owns a Cadillac.

Excellent service Jose was the best everything went smooth loaner car was ready as soon as I arrived car was fixed later that evening I picked it up the next morning all went well great job

I can’t thank Naperville Cadillac, Thomas Mack and Vic Milnovic enough for going above and beyond to make things easier for me and husband who is ill. They were able to provide a loaner while my car was being fixed which made it possible to get my husband to doctors appointments. Thank you!!!!
