Very upset when we found out after having the oil changed

Very upset when we found out after having the oil changed the shield was in the trunk and never put back on. My Husband took the car back when we found it to question why it wasn’t put back on and to have it put on then and was told the screws broke when they took it off and they didn’t have any to replace it with and were out of zip ties. So he brought the car home and the shield is still in my trunk !!!!!!!

Thank you to the Service Team. I recently needed my car inspected and scheduling was a breeze, the service team was efficient and courteous, and I was on my way quickly. Same for a previous visit this past Fall for a regular maintenance checkup. They're great to work with!

I scheduled a NYS inspection with this dealership after

I scheduled a NYS inspection with this dealership after buying the car in PA (but living in NY). The inspection took extremely quick, which was nice... but lacked quality. The day after my inspection, I was notified that my third brake light was out. I investigated on my own to find that the wire connector to the light was not seated. This means it was not an issue that just popped up overnight, but something that had been true for a longer period of time. I'm not sure if they missed this part of the inspection or just went through it too quickly since the vehicle had just got a PA inspection a few weeks prior.
