they provided clear information on what needed to be fixed, how much it would cost and whether it needed to happen asap or could wait. They ended up saving me over $400 on my break repairs. Customer service is friendly and the place is clean and welcoming.

Matthew's Mitsubishi was there in my time of need. Jarred the customer service representative that took my call after my unsuspecting flat tire was calm, cool and sincere. I was feeling alot of emotion at the time because I couldn't find the locking key for the tire hub. He. Calmly helped me find the key so I could change my tire. Also, he gathered the information necessary to have a new tire installed. I was very pleased with the service this facility provided. Thank you Matthew's Mitsubishi for helping put in my time of need.

Very friendly.

Very friendly. Keep you informed of any issues that arise. Very nice waiting area with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and really good fresh popcorn!
