Not happy with the end result of my vehicle being serviced.issues within the first 2 months of ownership.

All addressed transfer requirements were met with excellence in all parts of the contract and were accomplished in the 24-hour cycle. The car is amazing on the first job site and suffered all four seasons of weather with no problems including the windy drive The service center and body center worked with my reference list and accomplished the recovery of my trade 2023 Eclipse Cross to meet the Sales Department's view in a considered price with compensations. Communication links in all areas polished their weaker links and made the road trip possible for my Veterans Event for Valentine Couples on time!

Had a great experience at Matthews. All were polite and I was in and out in good time. They explained that my brakes were at 40% wear. That is too much left to require new pads. He said it would be wasteful. I appreciated that, both because it would save money but also because it conserves resources. Thanks for the good honest work.
