We like how clean the showroom looked. Everybody was very nice and attentive. Adam's knowledge and exceptional salesmanship made my wife and I feel extremely comfortable during our car buying experience. Adam was awesome at listening to what we wanted and found the perfect car for us.

Everyone was very friendly and I was able to efficiently

Everyone was very friendly and I was able to efficiently make an appointment. Wait time for the service was fine. My rating stems with the fact that I paid $82 for a standard oil change! Miller Hyundai (dealership for my other SUV) only charges me $40. Why did I bother paying an additional $500 to have Matthews black rewards? What benefit am I getting when I can pay the same price at Valvoline Instant Oil. Also, Millers price includes the fee for the tire rotation . Then, I’m told that I need new tires- at only 20,000 miles. Got 48,000 miles on my tires that came on my 2018 Tucson. I feel like this vehicle’s maintenance is already costing more money than it should, along with the crazy oil change bill. Something I will consider on my next vehicle purchase.

A day after picking up the car, it needed to go back to

A day after picking up the car, it needed to go back to Matthews due to a trouble code. Either the vehicle was low on coolant or there was/is a sensor issue. A week later all seems fine so it seems it was low enough on coolant to trigger a code/light. Disappointed that this was not caught as part of your routine preowned car inspection and hopefully nothing else was missed. Other than that issue, the process seemed smooth and we were happy with Mykel.
