Mechanic never followed up with me if my warranty covered
Mechanic never followed up with me if my warranty covered what needed to be fixed. He told me it was 5700.00 to repair I called back with warranty information and he said he would call back and he did not. Since then I trade my car and bought a Honda Pilot in Syracuse.

The car was in for wheel barring's and covered warranty
The car was in for wheel barring's and covered warranty work. I was told after the fact that they fixed recalls. These were not explained and told I would get paperwork in the mail. The paperwork still did not explain how these recalls were corrected. After having the car for hours, they called and told me the brakes and pads were very bad. I took the car to my regular mechanic, and he said they were not bad and did not need work at this time. I was very disappointed that I was lied to.
