The staff and mechanics are always friendly and helpful. They do their best to help with problems. I have been using them for 10 years and will continue to use them as long as Kathy (my car) still runs

They moved the hood latch so it works now After I came

They moved the hood latch so it works now After I came back the second time and said, I still heard the noise they put it up on the left and found that I needed my suspension thing replaced which I will do when I get enough money

They were very helpfull as I just had knee replacement

They were very helpfull as I just had knee replacement and was with a walker and went to the wrong area they came open the door for me took my key to the right person

Even though I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, I have to give major credit where it's due—Ariel Almonte was hands down one of the best sales professionals I've ever dealt with. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right fit, not just pushing a sale. What stood out most was their honesty and transparency. They took the time to answer all my questions (and there were a lot), offered insights without any pressure, and gave me the space to think things through. It's rare to feel like someone has your best interests in mind during a big decision like this—but that's exactly how Ariel made me feel. While the car just wasn’t the right one for me at this time, I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m ready—and I’ll be asking for Ariel by name. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional, and genuinely kind person to guide you through the car buying process, do yourself a favor and talk to Ariel. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and positive. Highly recommend!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They never rotated my tires. I'm going to use the remaining free services and they won't see me again unless it's warranty work

I returned to this dealership solely on my previous purchase from Adam. He is a great salesman. I highly recommend him to anyone. I knew I wanted to use his help to find the best car for my needs. I actually did not even consider another dealership because I knew he would help me get what I needed.
