I had a real good experience here with my first time leasing a car! I worked with Craig and he wasn’t pushy, seemed to really care more about helping us. And we got a new TV so that was a bonus!

Spring of 2024 I needed to get the AC charged in my 2011
Spring of 2024 I needed to get the AC charged in my 2011 vehicle. Upon taking there they diagnosed it as a condensor with a hole in it. Keep it mind that last year the cooling effect of the system slowly degraded the entire summer. If I was on the expressway, the temp would stay at around 75 in August. I decided to have it serviced the next spring. I was charged well over 1000$ dollars to have it replaced and I requested upon pickup of the vehicle- the defective condensor. I have access to tools to check for pressurizing objects with extreme temperatures and found that there was in-fact no leak, in the condensor. Decided they will no longer service any vehicle I own nor will anymore purchases- be made there. I've had trouble with service there before which they rectified and earned my business back-but no more. I'm through with them.

Bought a used Hyundai today at lunch and Steve D could not have been more helpful, he was amazing as well as everyone else I encountered at Hoselton. I went in told them the price range I wanted and payments and they stayed right in my range and there was no pressure. I highly recommend Steve and Hoselton.

We leased 2 new Altimas from Craig Holmes.
We leased 2 new Altimas from Craig Holmes. I cannot use too many positive adjectives to describe our experience! He was very thorough explaining the current market and the vehicles that he had available to meet my expressed needs and preferences. All this was accomplished in a relaxed conversational atmosphere. He was responsive to my efforts to negotiate, and I never felt pressured. The delivery was on time and as promised. Craig was unbelievably patient and helpful while explaining the car's features and getting our iPhones set up. I look forward to working with him for our next lease. Sue and Dennis Zientara!!
