I just purchased a 2024 Nissan Rogue at Hoselton Nissan

I just purchased a 2024 Nissan Rogue at Hoselton Nissan from Sales Rep Craig Holmes on April 27. I wanted to let everyone know how wonderful the experience was. Craig was kind, helpful, friendly and most of all not pushy! He patiently went over so many details about the vehicle and even let me take it on a test drive for an extended time period. And of course, we fell in love with it!! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and super nice. They really worked with me on my trade in and got me a really awesome deal for the car. Craig introduced me to everyone in service and they were all so nice. I just can’t speak more highly of Craig and everyone over at Hoselton. I just had a really stellar experience!!!

We just purchased a 2024 Pathfinder. It was a pleasure to deal with the staff at Hoselton Nissan. Jacob the sales rep was professional and knowledgeable. A much better deal than other dealers in the area.

Amazing dealership and exceptional experience from

Amazing dealership and exceptional experience from someone like myself who has purchased 5 cars in my lifetime with different dealerships. My sales rep Jacob was so friendly and went out of his way to accommodate me. The staff went well beyond what I ever experienced in a purchase of a vehicle, they explained how to work everything in my new vehicle which is so high tech compared to my 15 yo car! The overall experience exceeded my expectations! I would recommend Hoselton to “my mom or my bff” , just as an example of how happy I was with this new purchase!

Very helpful in solving a problem I had.

Very helpful in solving a problem I had. Worked with Matt Earnst who was personable and good to work with.. Hoselton used cars offers 6 months of their own guarantee for their own used cars. I have never had that great of a guarantee from any used car dealer.

Edit 4/27/24 Hoselton came through and has refunded my

Edit 4/27/24 Hoselton came through and has refunded my money for the service described below. Thank you for your attention to the matter. I dropped off my 2023 Chevy Tahoe at Hoselton because the battery was dying in my garage. I was informed by Paul in Service that they would check it out, and as the car was only 6 months old, everything would be covered under warranty. After countless diagnostics over 3 weeks, the service department couldn’t figure out what the problem was. To cover their tail, Paul blamed the problem on a dealer installed Lojack device, which, of course voided the warranty EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DEALER INSTALLED. So I was suddenly on the hook for $2,300 of diagnostic work as well as a loaner, which at least Paul and one other said would also be covered as well. What could I do? I now had a loaner that was accruing daily charges. And yes, my car battery was still dead and I actually had to jump it to get it off the lot. At least one of the service guys had the decency to help me jump it so I could drive it away.

I visited hoselton today. 02/20/24 Craig Holmes my salesman treated me like family. He is so patient and knowledgeable. He make shopping for a car a pleasure. He setup my phone. He was my salesman for 3 other cars also.i bought a Nissan rogue. I would recommend hoselton to my friends and family. And Craig as there salesman.
