I had previously thought Hoselton was a trustworthy

I had previously thought Hoselton was a trustworthy business, based on my one previous purchase with them. However, my second and recent purchase proved otherwise. I traded in a leased vehicle to them, and provided the estimated payoff that was shown in my lease account as a customer. Dealer lease payoffs can vary, and are often less than the customer’s payoff because dealers do not pay sales tax when purchasing a vehicle. It turned out that the actual payoff for my vehicle was in fact lower, and Hoselton knew this and never bothered to let me know or update my deal with the lower payoff. They intended to pocket the difference, instead of adjusting my deal like an honest, ethical dealer would. When their accounting department sent a check to the leasing company for the overinflated payoff by mistake and I, the customer, was sent a refund check by the leasing company, Hoselton actually had the nerve to reach out to me and say the check belonged to them. More than two weeks after I took delivery of my new Toyota. Of course, it goes without saying that I will never buy another vehicle from, or service with Hoselton ever again. And I will be sure to steer others clear of this dealership as well.

I met last Wednesday 2/7/24 with Chris Cammarata in regards to purchasing a new Toyota vehicle. He spent 3 hours with me and thoroughly answered all my questions. Very courtious and no high pressure. I'm undecided on purchasing a new vehicle but his assistance will help in my decision. I appreciate his help.

get better tires

I really wanted the RAV4 Hybrid but Hoselton replaced the tires with firestone cheap tires. So I didn't buy it. I was told those hybrids come with bridgestone or michellien but xxx, firestone is a downgrade from bridgestone and that is not fair to the customer

Great Customer Service

Very welcoming and attentive. I live in another city, about an hour and a half away. There are several Toyota dealers in my area, none offer the level of customer service I received at Hoselton. I plan on buying my next car from them even though I have to drive out of my way. The extra time is worth it because I'm being treated fairly and respectfully.
