I needed a headlight put in.

I needed a headlight put in. They were polite they showed me a video but I couldn?t view it because I had no WiFi. When I started my car the noise was gone.

I had a great experience working with Shawn O'Leary at Mazda of West Ridge. He initially responded to my phone inquiry and verified the car I was looking at was there. I was able to test drive a car that same afternoon and reviewed several features of different car/trim packages for the Mazda CX 9. Shawn was very knowledgeable, provided a non-pressured approach and was highly responsive to my concerns and questions. He went out of his way to accommodate us as we choose which car we wanted to purchase. Shawn was excellent to work with from start to finish!

Went in for an oil change.

Went in for an oil change. It was a pleasant experience. Very thorough, checked washer fluid and topped that up. Rotated tires, checked exhaust system. They said it would take an hour and it was one hour.

I worked with Steve, he greeted us as soon as we walked and and from that he made the process of buying a car so easy! He was very knowledgeable about the car and was honest about everything ! I brought my Mazda CX-5 in to plug a tire and to

I brought my Mazda CX-5 in to plug a tire and to reinstall on my car, and to replace a faulty part on my front passenger window. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the repairs were perfect. Even more impressive was the customer service. I was given a loaner, and the service department employee (Jon) helped me with the transfer of my belongings. He was courteous, friendly, and professional, and he made this a pleasant experience!

Took my 2019 Mazda CX-5 in for a 6- month oil & filter

Took my 2019 Mazda CX-5 in for a 6- month oil & filter change as I always do and was very pleased as always. Staff was friendly and courteous. Waiting area is attractive, clean, and comfortable. Wait time was excellent, and I really liked the service technician?s video and report on vehicle inspection. Wouldn?t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
