This was one of the worst sales interactions I’ve encountered in buying a car. The pick up process took over 2.5 hours despite having an appointment. The salesman probably spent a total of ten minutes with me. After the whole ordeal he assured me he’d have the car ready to go: I couldn’t even find him as he was busy selling another car to someone else. My plates weren’t on the new car, the poor finance lady had to get the mileage off the odometer, and even the gas tank was on empty. Fortunately the manager stepped in and really helped out but the whole experience has completely tainted my view of Mazda as a whole.

This was my first time leasing a car. My sales associate Matt made the process seamless. I never felt pressured and he gave me the deal I was looking for. I highly recommend.

Mazda of W. Ridge Rd. has an excellent staff. Their prices are fair and their work is excellent. Thier Show room and waiting area are very comfortable. They have amenities like coffee and water and snacks, Plenty of comfortable seating and TV. Their staff is very friendly.
