West Ridge Mazda service and over priced.

I had work done on the under carriage of my Mazda CX-5. 2013 with 60,000 miles.In addition to the work done, told a whole new exhaust system was needed. Was quoted a price of $4100.00 for exhaust system. Googled and with catalytic converter with labor is $1800.00 tops. Asked if service tech could explain why, when I picked up the car for the other repair. Told by service manager that is our rates. They lost a customer that day. I?m belief that sales are down and they are trying to keep the doors open.

Inspection

I had been to another facility just to have an inspection and they told me my back windows were too dark! The car is a 2023 and I said this could not be. I went to the dealership and they inspected my car immediately!

Good experience!

Had a great experience buying a car from Judy, who was a warm, knowledgeable and low-pressure sales agent. Car price was reasonable and the quality was excellent. Tiara, the finance person, was also friendly and efficient.

Lease my second Mazda CX-30 2.5 S Premium

No hassle. I had been getting lease end notices for months. I made an appointment through the website. I came to look at my options for lease and what the new payment would actually be. Went for a test drive and was presented numbers. Made another appointment to pick up the CUV. Great experience! Thanks Shawn!
