New Holland Auto is a fantastic community sponsor and supporter of everything New Holland! Unfortunately, that's where the positivity stops. I have been there several times and have always had a poor experience. Several years ago when looking at a new Chrysler 200 at the age of 18, I was asked if I could afford the one with the V6 that I wanted to test drive. Once again when looking at a used Mazda3 a few years back, they told me "you're in college, you can afford the $100 difference." I just recently used them to service my vehicle purchased at another auto dealer. They made several errors during my visit. They left me waiting over 45 minutes for a shuttle to take me to work. They then reported the incorrect mileage of my vehicle to Stellantis and now I'm trying to get all of this corrected on the paperwork and My Jeep App so my new car warranty is not voided and all of my records reflect the correct mileage. My family has used New Holland Auto Group many times and have always had a positive experience. I applaud them for taking care of my family, but I expected a lot more after giving them several chances in the various departments.

I was told my daughters car was under warranty so we took her car there. Get a call that it’s not under warranty and I owe the $154. For the diagnostic test which i already knew what was wrong due to our own mechanic diagnosing the problem, and $2500 for the repair. The only reason I took it there is because I was told by the service department that it was under warranty! Needless to say I picked it up, paid the diagnostic fee and will be taking her car somewhere else. Do not take your car here, they aren’t selling cars so they are gauging the service department.

The truck runs and looks wonderful, and the entire experience was great from beginning to end. Shane was very helpful and got us all the answers we needed, Andrew got through all the financials with good explanations & efficiency, and the couple of items that needed follow-up were closed out in a timely manner. Couldn't be happier, would definitely recommend New Holland to others and would buy here again.
