I would not recommend this place to anyone, their price...

I would not recommend this place to anyone, their price is too high also I have a bad experiences. They sold me a 2009 Toyota Camry with a lot of problems and when I asked them for trade to buy another car from them again they didn't even want to talk to me. Bad customer service they don't respect their customers.😡

Good initial experience (sales person did well), BUT...

Good initial experience (sales person did well), BUT vehicle was missing options when it arrived. I was told they would make things right with at a later time with a handshake. POOR judgment on my part. These people made a mistake and refused to live up to their own work. CHAPMAN FORD and KEELER BROS FORD is not far away and I will be taking the rest of my car care business to one of them.

Jonathan was my sales guy and he was really nice and helpful. I would recommend the dealer ship to anyone as it is very clean and organized. They also have a great selection of snacks and drinks available.

Our experience from start to finish was top notch! Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough and courteous, as was the finance manager. All of our concerns and questions were addressed with great satisfaction. We will not shop anywhere else after this experience.

We had purchased a 2017 Escape last year from New Holland...

We had purchased a 2017 Escape last year from New Holland Ford and were very happy with the dealership and the vehicle. Unfortunately, we were involved in a collision where the Escape was demolished. So, back to New Holland to see what was available. Jerry Dunlap took his time in finding a vehicle that would fit our budget. In turned out he was able to get us in a new 2020 Escape Titanium for a much better deal than on a used Escape. Extremely happy with doing business with New Holland Ford.

Although its more of a drive to New Holland Ford than to Chapman in Lancaster or Columbia, I will continue to bring my Escape to New Holland for service.
