The car buying process was fine but I was misguided that the car has adaptive cruise control. I admit my mistake that I should’ve double checked before making such a big purchase but I didn’t, and later found that the car did not have adaptive cruise control. No one bothered to sit with me to give an overview of the car features. It was a huge disappointment. Worst experience ever!
