Hernan took me on a quick tour of the Autohaus' facility and introduced some of the service support team. The overall feeling within the dealership was one of serving the customers' needs from initial sales to all maintenance needs. Looked at a number of luxury SUVs, including BMW, Lexus and Genesis. All of them were solid, quality vehicles. The Audi Q7 became our first choice. Hernan's style and AutoHaus' very attractive pricing made buying a new Audi Q7 perhaps the easiest car buying decision I've ever made. Thanks, Hernan.

I have NEVER had such an awesome experience when buying a vehicle. Hernan and the rest of the Team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! What a fantastic experience with Autohaus, and our rock-star sales person, Hernan ("H"). I was buying my 81-year old mother her dream car, and H was there every step of the way. We did this 100% remote! We live in Maine, and H was very helpful in navigating the whole process, and even more importantly, being a fantastic communicator all along the way. If there ever was a small hiccup, he was quickly there to help and make sure everything got back on track. When we got the business office part of the process, Laure Pearson was also wonderful to work with, and fantastic about responding to every little question quickly. Highly recommended!
