Johnel is the best person.

Johnel is the best person. He was very helpful to me when I was in Chapman's office with his team. I have difficulty speaking English but he did everything he could to accommodate my needs. Thanks John for your help.

When you receive exceptional service, sometimes a simple "thank you" doesn't fully capture your gratitude. Johnel's sales expertise goes beyond mere satisfaction; it creates a personal connection. He has an uncanny ability to understand what you truly want, even before you can articulate it. During our conversation, Johnel turned it personal and said, "I have something for you, let me show you." He found me a car that exceeded my expectations and budget, yet he managed to make it happen. Then came the challenging part. My driver's license had expired, and I only had a passport while my ID permit was under renewal, which could take 15 to 45 days. Johnel insisted, "Go and get your ID." Despite the attorney advising me to wait 15 days, Johnel kept pushing, believing I could get my ID sooner. Every time we spoke, he would ask, "Do you have your state ID?" Seven days into the 15-day wait, he texted again, "Did you get your ID?" His persistence paid off. I received a letter from the PENDOT Director stating my ID was authorized ahead of schedule. I got my ID on Saturday and now have my ride. Thank you, Johnel, for being persistent and pushy. You made this sale memorable. The success I'm about to achieve in business will bring me back to you for another deal, and I will surely recommend friends to experience the Johnel touch!

Chapman Ford on the North east is the WRONG place to do

Chapman Ford on the North east is the WRONG place to do business. I bought a car there along with their “extended warranty “ and as soon as I get work done they find ways to tell me that it’s not covered. Many times I bought vehicles there, they also find ways to waste my time on the stupidest things that eventually I found out how to fix it myself. I have ZERO faith in their mechanics and staff that will give you the runaround, not to mention the service writers. They priced me $199 to diagnose my door handle that I thought would be under warranty but not putting it on. You would think a person who bought few cars there would do better than that type of customer service. HORRIBLE place to do business and would stay clear from there for anything. Very disappointed in their customer service!!!

Johnel is amazing!

Johnel is amazing! I came into the dealership literally in tears because of how stressed I was. He made the purchase easy and relieved all the stress I had going into it! This is now my fourth vehicle with Chapman and my third with Johnel specifically, and I don’t have plans on changing anytime soon!

Johnel is the man!

Johnel is the man! I came in just before closing and he gave me the time and attention as though we've known each other for decades. He walked the whole lot with me in 15 degree weather to find the truck I needed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for their next dream Ford.
