Excellent service
The Highlander had an oil change and tire rotation. We dropped it off for the work to be done. The work was excellent and done timely. We were called and everything was done and ready when we picked up the car.

Very Disappointing Experience
My whole experience this time around was VERY disappointing. I had a very high respect for Toyota and Big Two.. I no longer have that feeling after being a customer for 4 years and brining in my vehicle religiously to get oil changed, and being told that multiple things are suggested/recommended to get replaced/flushed. I would expect that all this would show up on the reports that I get, everything was green up to now.. no mention that hey.. you might want to check, or consider this next time, it's all of the sudden when I take it in for powertrain warranty work that all of the other stuff us needed. My vehicle was kept TWO days for all of this stuff to get done.. the first day I don't believe it was even looked at until I initiated the call to ask about it after being there several hours. The second day, there was no communication from Big Two unless I called! I called twice! I left a message the first time with no information about you being out.. I had no idea the status of my car or anything.. I waited at least three hours to call back and was told, oh yeah, it's ready..?? seriously? The service staff did not offer ANY empathy whatsoever, not even I apologize for you having to wait to hear about your car.. nothing! I felt like I was pressured into doing all of the extras, when I was told , this is preventative BUT we strongly recommend it. I will not be back!

I am disappointed to hear about the poor communication that occurred with your most recent service visit and I want to apologize for that. I have spoken with the employees that you have tagged in your review and as I piece it together I realize that Mike was unable to make it to work due to a family illness that he needed to help with and that added to the frustration of the situation. I also reviewed the electronic time stamps and verified that the majority of the time that was needed was for warranty repairs that required a part to be ordered therefore requiring the additional day with your vehicle. As I was speaking with Mike he told me that you had tried to call after the tech had already started on the repairs and he was able to triple the discount to try and help given the circumstances. I can see that you have worked with Mike several times in the past, he is typically very good with communication and taking care of his guests unfortunately he was not able to be here on that Friday. I am hopeful that you can give us another chance based on the multiple visits you had prior to this one. This is not the way we operate and we will focus on being better, your feedback helps. Always GREAT Service
I rarely need to go to the Toyota Service Center but when I do, they are the BEST. So friendly, courteous, and they know what they are doing. They give me the best price for whatever I am having done on my car. If I need to wait while service is being done, they have excellent choices for sandwiches, salads, fruit and beverages. I can take my Tablet and work while waiting with their free internet connection. I will continue to support Big Two Toyota and will be there when it's time to purchase a new Prius.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I have gone to this dealership for years! Jason Briggs is AMAZING! He is kind and personable with his customers. He demands OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE from all his employees. The employees in every department go out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. I called Tony Rhoades, Assistant Service Manager . He took care of me a few hours after the call and said bring your vehicle here now. I was shocked. I have not experienced that type of customer care at any other dealership. Tony arranged my transportation to get home. By the next morning, I had detailed information on my vehicle. There was specific information about immediate repair needs and what repairs could be repaired later. All their mechanic technicians are extremely talented and trained. Especially Chase G. Billy and Big Mike are superior service advisors! Great personalities and explain car terminology very well. Big Two Toyota is honest with their pricing and tell you what repairs are necessary to ensure your safety.They do not pressure you to get the repairs done if it is a financial hardship. They even have financing options to help if you can not afford to pay the bill all up front. Forgot I was there
I had an appointment for a routine 15,000 mile service on our Prius Prime. Upon arrival, my wait for the assigned service rep Garrett Zehms proved unusually long, so a manager checked me in. When paperwork was about complete, Garrett showed up, was introduced, and he said the wait would be about 90 minutes. After 2 1/2 hours, I became concerned that they had found a serious problem, found Garrett, and asked him if the car was OK. His response "who was responsible for the check-in?"!! When I explained that it was him, he found the record and it was magically ready to go in about 2 minutes. No apology or explanation; If I had not inquired, I would have spent the entire day there!

Great Service...relieved at results
I am a Senior and brought my Prius in. Concerned about braking issues and possible air conditioner problems Billy G ordered a full workup and I opted to wait though a Lyft was available. The mechanic was very thorough and Billy came tome 2x to carefully explain the progress. I was advised that there was no need for concern. They had looked carefully at the car and test drove it to verify that their diagnosis was accurate under driving conditions. I paid only the basic checkup costs incurred by the mechanic. I am so relieved that my Dealership of Choice has such a great caring staff on all levels. This is my 3rd car purchased and maintained by their trained team Quodos to Billy G!
