Smiles and misdirection but always doing up selling
Been here 3x and as most places you have to experience a place a couple of times before you see the truth of the service. Brought my car in the third time and it seemed as if it was a rush to get me in to up sale other services. I informed Josh of the issue I had last time with Bruce on my camera cover and that when it was delivered back to me the cover came off, and I wanted it replaced or fixed. "well sir I'm not sure that is still covered" You broke it why not, "well it might have been the window installer", No it was broken once I drove off lot and I told bruce that I would deal with it when I came back in. Low and behold when vehicle was delivered back to me after waiting 2hrs the cover (which was affixed when I brought it back in) was again off. Almost like FU customer, so I would told Josh and he made me wait another 30 minutes like I would just leave like last time. Then Ryan Mickelson comes up and ask to help me I told him the issue and within 10 minutes he had it solved and explained I needed a new different cover. HMMMM I've asked what could be done by their Toyota certified techs the last 2 times and they never figured it out, or just didn't care to look and just on a factory line. FU customer just pay us along with the JUNK fee for shop expense lol. While checking out Josh informed of items that needed repaired next time or immediately and told me I needed my filters done, I looked at him and said isn't that what you just fixed? Oh I'm sorry, LoL so did you replace it or is your tech and service just saying it's fixed? This service dept. is not very knowledgeable and only looking to make up sales, wouldn't surprise me that they are paid by up sale. Avoid this service dept. and double check their work. I'm on my way to a new mechanic to check all work done by them the last 3 times. Techs don't give a crud about additional request and are bad.

Terrible Service Department
I have a 2020 Toyota Supra..check engine lights on after I buy this car about two weeks and I drop them off to the Big Two Toyota in Chandler for them fix it.They keep my car for two months till now. Cannot find out what’s going on. No response, no answer for when they done. That the manager say, he don’t know, so what we can do? This dealer sucks, I don’t recommend. Carefully buy from that dealer

I have been bringing our three Toyotas into Big Two for service for years. Blessed to be able to request a technician or advisor of my choice. For years we have been using Jean Chamalbide (Gino) as our technician of choice. I am extremely happy with his technical ability in diagnosing issues we've seen and his professionalism when working on our vehicles. I would highly recommend him, and have, to all Toyota owners.

Edie is always wonderful and so helpful! Plus, the fixing the airbags was free which is always good! I've been with Edie for a couple of years and she is always on the ball. I really appreciate Big Two Toyota!

Going beyond
When my service advisor was told that a marble was caught in the groove of the passenger seat he immediately said he would look for a remedy. He sent it back for the oil change and had the marble removed. Juan Ramirez never fails me or my Prius.

60K Maintenance on 2015 Toyota Tacoma
I just recently brought in my 2015 Toyota Tacoma for it's 60K maintenance service and found out that my service advisor had called in sick for that day so I'd have to wait for the next available advisor which took an extra 10 minutes or so which wasn't that big of a deal since I had the day off. The advisor that helped me out did a great job of telling me what they would be working on and how long my wait would be, he also called a Lyft driver to give me a ride home since they were going to have to keep my truck for a bit longer than expected. I love the attention that I'm given anytime I bring my vehicle in for service and even when my regular advisor wasn't there I was tended to right away......I never come away disappointed and love the lounge area where you can grab a quick bite to eat and connect to their free wifi.
