best salesman ever

I had the fortune and privilege of having Jason Penney as my salesman., I was in the market for a 2020 M2 competition. The Tucson dealer didn't have what I wanted. Jason built the vehicle to my specifications and was always more than happy answering my numerous questions promptly..He went out of his way to secure the vehicle for my trip to Chandler, and again went out of his way helping me get around the area. There was never any sales "push"from him and he had my back the whole way. I can't thank him enough for how he treated me. There CAN"T be a better salesman around! The whole process from start to finish took about 3 months!

Outstanding Service!!!! Hany Fadda!

I want to start off by saying I hate going to dealerships. Until I met Mr. Hany Fadda. From the beginning, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Hany was very knowledgeable about the 535i I was interested in. Of course it was raining and it took awhile to get out for a test drive, but Hany knew my schedule at the time and did not rush me. I gave him all the information on where I needed to be at in order to make the deal go through. I had to leave, but my follow up conversations with Hany seemed genuine. When it comes to BMWs, they are known for their superior class and reliability. I feel the same about my service from Hany. Mr. Fadda even took the time to keep an eye on my boys, while I signed my paperwork.He exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use him again in the future. Keep up the great work!

Above and beyond!!!

Metin Gurbez was amazing. His knowledge of BMW was very helpful. He also connected us to an expert on site for more questions. This was most amazing experience compared to ant other dealership and salesmanship.

ABOVE AND BEYOND!! - ANDRE SIMMS!!!!!

I stopped into Chapman to inquire about trading in our car, Andre was with a client at the time - so the very BEST BMW Genius - Karen showed me some of the new cars and all of the latest incredible technology on the new cars. Once I met with Andre, who this is the second car we have purchased fro him, I know that I drove Andre and the extremely Bruce Kotlicky a bit crazy, but the professionalism and I know they were actually listening to me, instead of trying to "sell" me. If you are thinking at all iof purchasing a BMW, go to the best! Chapman BMW Chandler!!!!

BEYOND STELLAR SERVICE!

JOE MURDOCH (AKA ADAM ANT)...BEYOND STELLAR SERVICE AS ALWAYS.! Came in without an appointment, took care of my engine light, changed my oil, replaced cracked windshield from rock, car was cleaned, and hooked me up with a nice X3 rental. I have been working with Joe for the past couple of years when I was driving my 320. Now I have a 2019 X1 and Joe is still proving that STELLAR service...,not just making everyone feel like a STAR...but more like SUPER-GALACTIC! BMW Management Joe not only should be recognized but should be made a part of the management team! Has the technical savvy, CUSTOMER Service. and Leadership Skills that can permeate throughout and organization!

We have bought three in three months

We had such a good time with Steve Berg that we have purchased three cars in the last three months. He is professional and is always very patient with us. Steve Foster the sales manager is like one of our family members. I highly recommend this dealership.

Great Experience

Chapman BMW continues to be an excellent service provider for our vehicles. Our service manager Vince did an excellent job making sure that our cars are very well cared for. I appreciate his professionalism and his commitment to making sure that the customer is satisfied I really appreciated the video of the work that they did while my car was being inspected. Who knew buying a car could be so easy!

Incredible experience working with Steve Berg at Chapman BMW. Never has buying a car been so easy!! And enjoyable! He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and we never felt the typical high-pressure that tend to be associated with buying a car. DISHONEST!!!

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. They are so dishonest to the point of changing the sales contract with the finance company in this case BMW Financial and sadly the finance company will accept the contract submitted by the dealer and not the one that you originally signed. My husband is a Veteran with many issues from his time in Vietnam and these people clearly saw this and took advantage of him. He went in to have our 2014 X535 serviced and after many weeks of trying to get them to reverse or make things right we are out of our free and clear vehicle. They went as far as to drive my husband to the bank to withdrawal $29,533 and ended up with a 36 month lease which at the end of 3 years we have nothing, unless we decide to keep the vehicle and pay an additional $46,900 plus tax. Originally they told him he was getting $28,000 for our 535 plus the $29,533 if you do the math that's $57,000 plus the residual of $46,900 a grand total of $104,433 plus taxes for a vehicle that had the MSRP of $79,000. Thanks Mr. Chapman for treating our Veterans with such disrespect and taking our life savings.

Do you also explain to customers that the contract that they are signing may not be the one you turn in to the Finance Company? just another way for your dealership to make more money. I grew up in Chandler and the Chapman's use to be good honest businessmen I guess this is what happens when you put your business in the wrong hands in this case you Mr. O'Hanrahan. This deal was so dishonest from the beginning to the point of criminal. Looking for anyone out there that had similar experience and maybe we can get the AG'S office involved.
