just went through a long and stressful car searching process and was SO happy to have found Marci at Chapman. The car industry is male dominated and so overwhelming for women. So when I called in regarding a search for a little red BMW and found Marci my anxiety was immediately lessened. She helped me get the best price, I really felt as if she was on my team. AND she acted as a therapist coaching me through my anxieties as this was my first time purchasing a car solo. I am overwhelmed with gratitude with my experience at Chapman. My finance guy, Farris, may be one of the coolest guys I've ever met. He is a really funny, open and honest man. Renate in finance also stopped by and dropped a few words of wisdom. She was the bomb dot com, too! I swear, every person I encountered was top notch! Highly recommend.

I recently brought my vehicle in for warranty repairs. The staff could not have been more inviting and professional. Not only did they give me a really nice loaner, they detailed the exterior of my vehicle extremely well! All this for no money out of pocket.
