I am middle aged female and I was shopping alone for my new vehicle. I’m pleased to say that I leased a 440i GranCoupe and WITHOUT question it was the BEST vehicle experience I have ever had. Steve Berg was my Sales consultant and he respectfully and patiently asked me about my driving habits and the vehicle features that were important to me. Chapman I-10 Sales team made my 228i trade-in and 430i purchase fair and simple (Justin, Nick, and Farris in finance). I will make my next BMW purchase at Chapman I-10. Best car buying ever. My salesman Metin Gurbuz made the leasing process the best ever.. I've been buying cars since 1965 will go back to this dealership when I trade in. Metin went beyond driving me home about 20 miles. Even my friend has previously purchased BMW cars was really impressed.
