Wolos the sales representative is the best professional salesman ever. Jim in finance was very good. Jeff Ostergaard the sales manager was terribly unhelpful and unwilling to offer any type of solution whatsoever! This is our 4th car with this dealership. His young cocky unprofessional uncooperative attitude nearly caused us to walk out and scratch the deal after (5) hours. Unacceptable! Only after we left and I sent numerous texts to Wolos did Jeff call me the next day. Insulting me like I’m some kind of idiot offering me $1,000.00 for future services when all the services are covered for this NEW car!!! Moronic! He finally agreed to send me a check for $1,000.00 which we received yesterday. I suggested that you send him to Dale Carnegie to learn how to treat people. Otherwise people will silently be shying away from your dealership and you will be wondering why your sales numbers are constantly dropping. I’ve been a professional sales representative for 40 plus years. People like Jeff lose quality employees and unknowing chase clients. Do something about him before any future occurrences happen.

George was really great providing service for my MDX, it was on time and very well done. Everything looks like a brand new. The communication was easy, and the results were exceeding expectations. Can only recommend the place and guys are doing a great job!

Our salesperson Gabriel was great. We asked for a price on the base MDX model and received the price with no pressure. We ended up getting the MDX with the tech package and was able to get the color I requested at a price that I was satisfied with.
