We always have amazing experience in Auto Nation Laurel. Oscar is a big part of it, with his above and beyond service to us makes us come back and look for him. Sometimes he gets overwhelm with too much schedules too handle in a day. I would suggest that the call center should slow down and coordinate with Oscar in terms of scheduling. They should go by the actual reality of ratio to proportion. Oscar will be in his best if you guys won't overlaod him. Don't take this personally but just leave him alone .

The overall experience was average. The online system did not book my appointment with the dealership. Recommend you resolve the online booking process. The service associate was new and in-training. The vehicle service was sufficient (oil change, tire rotation) and air filter replacements. There don't seem to be any issues with the actual service performed.

The staff was welcoming and provided a friendly environment for customers while my cars was being worked on.

Arrived at the dealership with intentions on looking at a specific vehicle. After deciding not to purchase that vehicle our salesmen located a vehicle at their sister store which fit my criteria and had the vehicle delivered to my location. The sale transaction was quick and hassle free.

It was a pleasant experience. The wait time was long, but oh no, I feel like I had a good car and everything went smoothly.

They were quick and got to the problem that I had they also got the part I needed to fix my vehicle quick.
