Purchased a 2016 Hyundai Genesis

My experience at Auto Nation Chevrolet Laurel was Great! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. My Sales Associate Darryl Reid was exceptional! He walked me through the process smoothly. The Finance Manager Jake was great as well! They even gave me a price discount after the initial purchase agreement. This was my first time purchasing from Auto Nation but I'm sure I'll be back.

I was fortunate to have a great advisor to work with, although I did have to ask for a discount after waiting hours just for their system to come back up. Once the system was finally up and running, the advisor did keep me up-to-date. What I did not like was once the system came back up and they were able to start checking in vehicles, one of the techs(?) went around my vehicle and put another vehicle ahead of mine, although I had ben there first (since 7:30 that morning).

My experience was nothing short than amazing!

My experience was nothing short than amazing! The sales representative Jose Carbrera was THE BEST! He was so professional, patient, knowledgeable, hospitable, and all together a great guy! He made the purchase of my car so smooth and even went above and beyond to help me with a few issues I ran into. There were also 2 guys from finance who were GREAT! I forget their names but am grateful. My experience at this Chevrolet was great and I love my new car! Thanks Jose C. for everything!

salesman gave only a minimal overview of electric refueling...many unanswered questions. dealership gave me two keys. batteries in each seem to be very weak. finally, good news - financial advisor , jeff vought, was most professional and helpful.
