Too many issues with service dept needs training

Able to get appointment quickly but service department needs extra training and to fix problem in 1 visit . It makes you not want to go back .

It never takes long to change the oil at Bob Allen

They always do a good job changing the oil, got tires rotated this time. I noticed I am Missing one valve stem cap.

Pleased with the service that I received.

I had an appointment and my car was sent to the shop as soon as I arrived and checked in. I was pleased with the service tech. as she was very quick in checking me in and showing me to the waiting room. The car was repaired in a shorter time than I had been told and this was appreciated as my wife was home with a bad migraine and I wanted to return home as soon as the car repairs were finished. Thanks again.

Nissan.

Very good , short wait , nice personnel, clean building , reasonable prices, free water, . They were very helpful in the process....the lady was easy to work with

Excellent work. I am thinking bout buying a SUV from u guys. We were very happy with the work u did for me changing out the airbags.
