My experience while at Kia of west nyack was very welcoming and the whole staff was overall super nice and friendly. They helped me with everyone I needed and made the whole experience easy and efficient.Also my salesman Reggie was super friendly and helped me tremendously. He made sure that all of my needs were met.

I saw a commercial of this dealership on tv one day and

I saw a commercial of this dealership on tv one day and what struck me was the prices and so I decided to go check them out. What I didn't expect was great service. It was as if it was a natural friendship. The staff made me feel like I knew them for a long time and we were just friends talking about cars. My personal car salesman, Oliver, was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He was very, very knowledgeable about every vehicle in the dealership and assisted me with the perfect car for my liking/budget. I 1000% recommend at least for anyone in the market for buying a car, to at least visit Kia of west Nyack and see for themselves how great of a staff they are and low the prices are. They have a huge inventory and many models and colors to choose from. Finance manager, Melvyn, was really nice and treated me and my son very very well.

The dealership had an ample amount of cars to test drive

The dealership had an ample amount of cars to test drive and examine. The sales staff was friendly and very informative. The office staff help walk us through the financing to help us find the best rate. Overall it was a good experience and we purchased the car we wanted.

Posting this wherever I can find reviews of this dealership. Would give 0 stars if possible. Run away from this dealership. Will say anything to get your money. Was looking at a used car. After the test drive, I found issues with the car. Dealership confirmed the issues and said they would address them. 1 week later, Reggie called me saying that the car was ready. Got there, the price of the car increased by $1,500 because of the repair work. Already disappointed but took the car for another test drive. Guess what, the issues were not addressed but the price still went up. Prior to the 2nd test drive, got a call from Reggie saying that other people were interested in the car and that he would need a "refundable" deposit as a show of good faith. After the 2nd test drive, I asked for a refund of my deposit. Sure enough, it's February and still no refund. Deposit was given in November. Currently disputing it with my credit card. And then we wonder why car dealers have a bad rep. This place is full of it. To the point that they're stealing people's money. How desperate do you need to be??? Run, run, run as far as you can from this place.
