Look at all these fake reviews, maybe next time they won’t be lazy and just copy and paste each review. Thats just a testament to the awful business practices at Kia of West Nyack. Here’s a real one: I came in to buy a vehicle, waited 45 minutes for a salesman. I ended up spending 7 hours in the dealership buying my new vehicle because they kept screwing up the paperwork. The client service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I had issues with the truck and was ignored by both Melvyn and Chris (manager). I had to reach out to Kia Corporate just to get a reply. I spent 9 hours at the service office to replace 4 brakes and an air filter.. I had to literally argue with the manager (Chris) to complete the work requested. I was there for 4 hours until they even approved the work to be started. Completely and totally unacceptable. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. There are pending investigations with the NYS Consumer Protection Agency.

I had an oil consumption issue, with my 2019 kia

I had an oil consumption issue, with my 2019 kia sorrento. it took a while to resolve, Mike my advisor, worked hard and diligent to complete the issue with the warranty company to completion.

Why can’t they just offer a basic oil change?

Why can’t they just offer a basic oil change? Why do they have to do an inspection and rotate the tires every time? I do not travel far and do not need these services. They just want to make money. I ask for an early morning appointment, they schedule a 7:30 and do not open until 8:00. Why give me this appointment??! Now my insurance company is raising my insurance since they say Kia’s are stolen and they don’t like to insure them. I will never get a Kia ever again!
