I scheduled an appt for a basic oil my car just hit 14323

I scheduled an appt for a basic oil my car just hit 14323 mileage. Michael ask me if I’m here for an oil change I said yes they took my car I ask him much is the oil change he said 85 plus tax. After 2 hours he said my car was done and told me my total was 349$ I ask him why he said I was here for 15k maintenance Im like all I wanted was a basic oil change he said u told me 15k service maintenance I don’t even know what that is when I look it up it”s a lot of xx mind you my car is brand new. Anyway this place suck I will not go back there
