I worked with Michelle in Nelson Mazda Antioch. She was terrific to work with. Very friendly and super knowledgeable. I walked in sort of knowing what I wanted and she had every answer I had. I also worked with Ben in the Finance Dept. He made sure I knew all the options to available and went over which ones would work best for me. I had a great experience using my first new car!

We really enjoyed our time at Nelson Mazda. This is the third Mazda our family has purchased there. Each experience has been excellent. Kevin and Ben were great to work with. Nelson Mazda will be our first choice when looking for our next car.

I meat Joe back in 2012 when I purchased my second Mazda. Joe went above and beyond to make my deal come true, we became very good friends,I became part of the family. Joe and Randy are so friendly and dedicated to your needs. I'm on my 3rd Mazda with them,I just call Joe and say to him. You got any good deals for me? This is what I'm looking for........... They make happen. All I do is walk in test drive my car and sign the papers in and out in a 1.5 hours. Even when I go to service Joe is always on top of everything to make sure I'm happy. Very simple and streamline overall purchase. Found the vehicle on line and was ready to buy at the price I had budgeted. You might want to offer a full tank of gas to your customers at drive out and the vehicle appeared to have just been washed quickly through a general car wash with a quick spray of tire shine on the wheels. Then again it was just a used car purchase so I really wasn't expecting a full detail.

I purchased a Mazda 6 and was very pleased with the way the whole staff treated me. They were professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable talking to them; not awkward like other times at other dealerships. Highly recommend!
