Amazing

Tom was great, took his time with me and made me feel comfortable with my car purchase, he even got my car windows tinted for me and checked up with me later on to ensure I was happy with my car.

Best service I'be ever had.

Nelson Mazda in Antioch was fantastic. My pre approval was easy and super fast. I was contacted in min and had an appointment set up. I showed up and product specialist Joseph met me at the door. He was fantastic. This is not the first car I've have purchased at a dealership, and he was great. He was polite and we'll knowledge and made me feel like a valued friend not a customer. Pricing was up front and more than reasonable. Joseph took me though the buying process seamlessly and with ease while making me feel appreciated for just walking through the door. Ben the finance guy explained all my options and listened to any concern I had with patience. Was interested in what was best for me and my personal finances, not sales quota or dealership bottom line. They both took care or me and in no time I had the car I wanted for a reasonable price with some of the bestimated ser vice I habe every experienced. If I could review these guys higher I would. Thanks to all the nelson mazda team that treated great and helped me get my car.

Great overall experience.

The CX-5 that I bought was not the cheapest car in this category, but it was the best. That was why I bought it. Everybody at the dealership new their stuff and they were not high pressure, I enjoyed the whole thing. Kevin, my sales agent, was friendly professional and patient. Over all the people and the car were top-notch, that's why I bought there!

First Time Buying a Car - Great Experience!

I walked into the dealership with my soon to be sales rep, Tom, holding the door. I knew the two cars I was interested in, both of which were manual transmission. The problem was, I had only driven a stick a handful of times. Tom helped me practice in the parking lot and gave me confidence in my potential purchase. I ended up getting one of the two vehicles and, being my first time buying a car ever, was helped along the process by everyone involved. Everyone was clear, helpful, and was anything but pushy in seeing the deal through. In all, an excellent experience and one that I would recommend to anyone.

Positive & Easy

All staff were friendly and dedicated to making sure I was cared for. Joseph was great to work with, and I've worked with Steve and Joe before, and they were all quick & transparent in responding to any questions/concerns.

My first new one.

Well I had never bought a new miata before. When I set up the test drive I had no idea what to expect. Ken and Michelle both had called me on the phone. So I set up a time to meet them. I walked in and Ken took a ride with me in my 2012. And Michelle took me for a ride in the 2017 I showed Michelle the one on the website I liked. It was at the cool springs store she went and brought it back for me 4 hours later i drove away in my new car thanks ken and Michelle

What a great experience

We came to test drive a vehicle that we found on cars.com. First we meet Kevin and Berjamin and they really helped us in deciding that we want to buy this car. They did everything we ask and more so we really recomend dealership for reasonable price, no hiden fees and service that everyone wish for

Great buying experience - Terrible car

After a month of driving the 2013 BMW x3 I purchased from Nelson Mazda of Antioch the vehicle broke down. Since then I have spent $3000+ over three months in repairs and have still not gotten my vehicle back. I highly recommend that if you choose to buy a vehicle from this location to have it inspected by a third party mechanic. I hope you have better luck than I did!

By far the best experience in a dealership I’ve ever had

Bought my first car here at this dealership an it was by far the easiest and stress free experience I have ever. I would recommend this dealership to anyone an I love my car I thank everyone there for the experience somthing I won’t forget!
