Excellent

Car required routine maintenance as well as correcting an air conditioning problem. All of the required service and repairs were completed in a timely manner with outstanding service.

Ron was my sales person and he has always gone above and beyond to help me with any questions or any concerns and the service department has backed him up 100%

Stopped for Service and left with a New Vehicle

My wife and I stopped to have our 2012 VW serviced on our way to Branson. We met with Phillip to look at the new 2018 Tiguan. Phillip went to great lengths to answer our questions and requests. He was patient and professional. It took longer than we anticipated but no hassle and he did everything he said he would but we had to return the next day to finalize.. Great customer service from everyone during the sale. Phillip has followed up several times to ensure we are satisfied and not having any problems or issues If you are looking Phillip is the guy to see, great professional individual.

Great service team!!

The service team is always accommodating to my schedule. They have serviced all my vehicles (2 Mitsubishi and 1 Chevy Silverado HD2500). I recommend them to everyone I meet!

Great experience

Noah Davis was patient and found me the perfect vehicle. I told him what I was looking for and he kept his eyes open for me for a while (I was not in any rush). When the vehicle came in he contacted me right away, negotiated a great deal for me and the rest is history. I highly recommend him.

Finding the needle in the hay stack.

I was in the market for a TDI with a 6 speed. Searched all around and there were only 5 within a 500mile radius with lower miles 2 of them being at Napleton. Got in contact with Josh, He went above and beyond to make sure I was interested in the car before I made the drive to Napleton. I arrived greeted within the first 5min of being on the lot. (Not the typical car salesman atmosphere) everyone was nice and low pressure atmosper. Josh stayed and took care of all my questions. I bought the car before it could make it through detail. He stayed after hours and helped the detail guy get it ready. The next day I noticed some door dings on the car that I was unable to see previously. Got in contact with Josh and he took care of it. I was very impressed with Josh and the whole process. Highly recommend Josh and the whole crew in the sales department at Naplton.

Awesome

Phillip was great to work with. Helped us with our trades and was determined to get us what we needed in a vehicle. Plus he was honest. He didnt take the safety of our family for granted.

Awesome service!

I went in not knowing I would be even eligible through thier financing options but Phillip made it seem like the easiest process ever. We were originally wanting to test drive but after a couple question, he was able to ask me what I would like my payments to be at and he made it happen. We even went at the end part of a hectic day but the service was still friendly and simple. They even were able to defer my down payment to send me home with the car even though the bank was closed. Overall, this was the most easy car buying process I’ve been through with great customer service. Even after I’ve bought the car I’m still getting great service to see if there’s anything else I’m needing.

Michael was great. I did have to come back (an hour and a half drive) because the parts had to be ordered. Other than that it was excellent.
