Professional yet casual

I worked with Phillip, Jacob, and Curtis and they were all very professional in making sure all of my questions and concerns were taken care of and at the same time were casual enough to make the whole sales process comfortable.

Great experience!

Great service

Overall great service! I only go to Volkswagen to take my 2007 VW Rabbit to get service done and it hasn't let me down ever since. This is a good place to go. The staff is friendly. I've always dealt with Steve and throughout the 1.5 years I've gone here, I haven't been disappointed. Plus, they give a military discount.

Easy Peasy

I found the car I was in love with online. I filled out online credit app. They called me within an hour. I went in that afternoon before work. They were fast and understanding that I had to get to work. Signed the papers and just like that got my dream car!

They figured it out

My transmission light came on. I had asked my dealer back in Hilton Head once about my transmission when I felt it was acting up. They said it was fine. The guys at Napleton figured out the problem.....it needed a new shifter. Thanks Napleton, good job.

Looking for a car

I wasn't sure what car would fit my needs. The salesman helped me find the exact car that was perfect for me. He did this by having me test drive several different cars. He also kept asking questions that enabled him to help me with my search. My experience with VW was a good one. The salesman helped me to realize the Jetta was what I wanted. The Finance Department also worked with me to find a payment schedule I felt comfortable with.

Nice Car Buying Experience

Was shopping for a used VW Beetle. Jacob was very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. Was not pressure selling and really help me look at the whole purchase, explaining everything well. Bill was very thorough and friendly handling the finance part of it. So overall a very nice experience.

Great customer service

I have a Jeep which I bought used from Napleton’s. It started making a weird sounds when shift in low gears and I took it back to their service department to investigate. They had my car all day long and printed off a long list of things they checked - however, because they are not a Jeep dealer they couldn’t access certain aspects of my vehicle’s computer system. They very apologetically told me I would have to take my car to a Jeep dealer to truly found out the problem and didn’t charge me a dime for all the work that they did the entire day. They had no solution but allowed me to save my money. I was very appreciative.

3 hours to complete

Dealing with Josh and the staff at Napleton Autowerks was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever had. Josh was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer any and all questions. Again 3 hours for total experience was unbelievable.

Quick and Easy!

A great experience! Phillip went to great lengths to answer every question and request. Kind, patient and professional. No fight, No hassle. Great customer service from everyone during the sale and after. They want to make car buying a great experience and it was. Good value too!
