Happy ending to a bad situation!
After my car was totaled unexpectedly, I was left feeling sad and lost not knowing what I was going to do to get a new vehicle since the insurance company didn’t give me much money back. Josh found the perfect car for me in my price range and with little money down and low payments!! This car is even certified with amazing warranties! I was so lucky to have his help. Also, the finance department took care of everything so fast that I didn’t have to do anything but pop in after work and sign some papers and drive my new car home! Thank you all!

New tire
I hit a curb and sliced the sidewall of my tire. Mike took good care of me, as usual, and provided a loaner, ordered the tire and it was installed as promised.

I was looking for an affordable car that not many people drive. Ron Jones helped us find a Volkswagen that was perfect fit for our family. Ron Jones explained the benefits of owning a VW and also how awesome the warranty is. He made us feel like we've known him for years and is very easy going. Ron did not suggest us going above our budget. He stayed within out budget the whole process. Ron always has a smile on his face and really makes you feel like he wants to help you and not just another sale to make. We are looking forward to working with him again in the future.

Scheduleding repairs to be done
I felt that I was mislead about when the repairs would be completed. Was told that a tech had be scheduled to work on Saturday as parts needed was in stock. I would be able to pick my car up Monday morning Monday morning I arrived to find that repairs had jut started This caused about six hour delay in my schedule Cell phone number to contact me in case of any changes was given No call was received We I got home 3 days later Found that there had been couple of calls from the dealership Since I was approximately. 750 mile from home I missed the call If I known there was going to be a delay I could have and would have made changes that would have been worthy. Not unhappy with the repairs just the scheduling
