The best car saleman I’ve ever encountered

Joshua is an outstanding person who will literally do anything and everything in his power to help you get in the car you want. He’s not your typical car saleman just looking for commission, this man is a go getter and probably the most friendly guy you’d ever meet. If you’ve had bad experiences with car lots I promise you go to Josh and I promise you he will change you outlook on car salemen. 12/10 would recommend Joshua to anyone.

Josh was awesome

Josh was amazing. He answered all .y questions, was very knowledgeable, and helped me purchase the best car for my lifestyle and family. My experience with him and Napleton has been nothing but top notch.

Above and beyond

They worked hard to get me into my Porsche. The car is in excellent condition for the price. Even though they could have sold it easier to someone else, they went above and beyond to get me into the car.

Service

Today is 8 June 2018 and my VW entered the shop on 5 June for a 9 hour job. The explanation I get is they only have one set of tools. I only have one car there, how many set of tools do you need for one car?

Terrible after purchase

The buying process was fine, but it took them 3 months to get me my title. Then the car started having problems, after taking it in to their service department at least 5 times and still having issues I had to take it to another shop to actually get my car fixed correctly.

great job, great service, great service writer.

I would recommend this Voltswagen dealer to anyone. We went in for a lube, oil and filter and had the pleasure of meeting one of your service members, Andrew Horton. He told us what was needed other then the LOF to keep our vehicle in tip top shape. He took the time to tell us how important it was to follow the maintenance schedule and follow through with a transmission and engine flush. We will be back to have our Voltswagen Tiguan serviced by your team and that was a direct result of Andrew Horton. If i had a business this is one person i would hire on the spot! Thank Andrew for us... Ralph Tucker.

Great service

I had an appointment for 8 AM and, because I was waiting, was told it would take about 2 hours It was completed within that time frame. Waiting room is very comfortable. Nice that they gave a complimentary car wash. Very friendly employees. A very pleasant experience.
